Red Frog Fitness has been helping busy people in and around Milton regain control of their bodies and build strength from the inside out for over 10 years.
We provide fun and effective outdoor group training outside Suncorp Stadium in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We cater for all fitness levels and injury concerns. Every session can be adjusted to ensure every client works hard every session and gets results.
Getting fitter and stronger with people who prefer to exercise outdoors rather than in a gym (which can be intimidating and boring) is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
We believe that regular exercise not only helps you physically but is critical to improving your mental fitness.

Kettle Bells, Slam Balls, Resistance Bands, Bodyweight and more. We use it all to build strength, tone muscles & improve endurance!
