The 6 Minute Abs Smasher Challenge

Have you ever wondered what kind of training or exercises to do on a light training day or days off?

Maybe you feel like smashing out a workout, or maybe you’re a beast and don’t feel your workout pushed you to your limits. Well I have a challenge for all of you and it won’t even take 10 minutes.


This will challenge you physically but also mentally. I won’t lie, it’s tough. However, nothing in life comes easy am I right? If only we could wake up with “Hulkamania” Hulk Hogan’s core strength and a Bruce Lee six pack…


The 6 minute core smasher challenge is as simple as choosing 3 core exercises and performing them to your best ability for 30 seconds for 4 rounds. In this little 6 minute workout we are strengthening our core and lower back, which will improve our balance and stability at work, at home and also help improve our technique in other exercises.

Give it a try and remember, the type of results we achieve reflect on the effort we put in!
