Our Corporate Fitness sessions are designed to encourage employees to leap out of their chairs and desks and step outside to embrace fitness! Regardless of fitness levels or age, we can develop a corporate fitness approach that accommodates your staff’s health and wellness needs.

Who We Are

Red Frog Fitness has been helping busy people in and around Milton regain control of their bodies and build strength from the inside out for over 10 years. We provide fun and effective outdoor group training outside Suncorp Stadium in a relaxed and supportive environment. We cater for all fitness levels and injury concerns. Every session can be adjusted to ensure every client works hard every session and gets results. Getting fitter and stronger with people who prefer to exercise outdoors rather than in a gym (which can be intimidating and boring) is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals. We believe that regular exercise not only helps you physically but is critical to improving your mental fitness.

What We Do

Red Frog Fitness is much more than training sessions. We are a community of dedicated and motivated people, who prefer to train outdoors and strive to improve their health and fitness without judgement, in a relaxed and supportive environment. We make achieving your health and fitness goals easier and fun, fully supported by like-minded people and qualified and encouraging trainers. We train in an inspiring environment outside Suncorp Stadium, with plenty of cover for shade and wet weather. Stairs, chairs and bars are incorporated into sessions every week to mix things up. We offer 4 types of training (HIIT, Cardio, Boxing & Strength), 5 days a week to ensure you are never bored and your body is always challenged. We modify every session to cater for all fitness levels and can cater for injuries and all running abilities.

Welcome to Red Frog Fitness

Hi, my name is Charles and I am the founder of Red Frog Fitness in Brisbane. I started this outdoor group fitness bootcamp business in 2013 to combine my love for the outdoors and my passion for a fun, energetic and active lifestyle. Through my own experiences, I believe I can help you to achieve your fitness goals. I have been overweight. I have had debilitating injuries. I understand the challenges of living with chronic pain. I have a love for beer and wine and the ‘naughty’ foods that cause so many day-to-day temptations.

Our Vision

Our vision at Red Frog Fitness is simple and effective: “We make peoples lives better through a healthy and strong body, a healthy and strong mind and being happy within themselves”
To break it down for you, we just don’t train people, we just don’t turn up to sessions and motivate them; we literally inspire them to be better people!
We want to make health and fitness part of your life, part of who you are; either for the first time in a long time or the first time ever.
We find ways that will constantly have them stimulated, achieving results and more importantly, coming back!

Running based session combined with body weight exercises aimed at increasing endurance and burning calories fast! All fitness and running levels covered.
A session that will leave you gasping for air and your body burning calories for many hours. The perfect combo of cardio and strength! All equipment is supplied.
Kettle Bells, Slam Balls, Resistance Bands, Bodyweight and more. We use it all to build strength, tone muscles & improve endurance!
